Nave Press books are printed and fulfilled on demand through Lulu Direct. The information below explains how shipping, order changes, damaged or defective books, and returns are handled.
Shipping within Australia
Nave Press currently ships within Australia. Orders are sent using tracked shipping.
Because each book is printed after an order is placed, there is a production period before dispatch. Lulu advises that production generally takes 3–5 business days, although this is an estimate and may vary depending on demand, product specifications, print-facility capacity, holidays and other factors.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and carrier. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email when available.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to request an address change or cancellation, please contact Nave Press as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production, and an order that has entered production will generally no longer be cancellable.
Damaged, defective or incorrect books
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing or printing defect, or is incorrectly packaged, please contact Nave Press with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
To help us raise a claim with our fulfilment provider promptly, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date where possible. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other remedy.
Missing or delayed orders
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact Nave Press so we can investigate the shipment and, where necessary, raise the matter with our fulfilment provider.
Change-of-mind returns
Because Nave Press books are printed on demand specifically for each order, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or because a customer later decides they no longer want the book.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees may apply where goods are faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, not fit for a stated purpose, or do not match their description.
